Description & Use:

STRAUSS & CO.'s PA pins have all the advantages and fetuers described for all Diamond & CBN Internal Grinding Tools.
In addition these pins are specially made for Jig Grinding of blind holes, as the Debree evacuating and the cooling is better then straight pins.

 

 

Grit Size:

Available in D or B91 (#170/200), D or B126 (#120/140), D or B181 (#80/100). Other grit sizes are available upon request.

 

Remarks:

Minimum clamping length = Half of total length: Le=0.5xL.
Minimum order: 10 pcs. Per profile/grit.
Standard CBN pins is plated in ABN 300.
Tolerance:D=±0.15mm, T= ±1.0mm, N= ±1.0mm, Y= h6, L= ±1.0mm.
