Description & Use:
STRAUSS & CO.'S Circular Saws are employed in sawing materials such as tungsten carbide, hardened steels, fiberglass, ceramics, epoxy and re-inforced plastics. Also widely used for marble cutting.Grit Size:
Available in :D or B54 (#325/400), D or B91 (#170/200), D or B126 (#120/140),
D or B181 (#80/100), D or B252 (#60/80), D or B427 (#40/50).
Remarks:
Other sizes and grit sizes are available. Please refer to the drawing while asking for a quotation. STRAUSS & CO.'S production capacity for sawing wheels is up to 1000mm. Slotted sawing wheels are available upon request.
All sawing wheels are available with side pads. Standard size of a pad is 15mm. 3 pads
on each side of the saw. Adding side pads is highly recommended while cutting in depth
or while cutting fiberglass and re-inforced plastic.
For calculating the cutting width (size T) please add the following size (per grit) to the blank
thickness (size E).
For D or B91 please add add 0.3mm
For D or B126 please add add 0.4mm
For D or B181 please add add 0.5mm
For D or B252 please add add 0.7mm
For D or B427 please add add 1.0mm
Standard size for “W” is 2.0mm. Other sizes are available upon request.
